The Cricket Pro 750 electronic dart board is a very good dart board that is also regulation size, which is perfect for practicing at home for your local dart tournaments.

Specifications For The Arachnid Cricket Pro 750

Let's dive a bit into the specifications. First, we're going to go over a few of the various models of the Cricket Pro dart board, then we'll dive into what's unique about the Cricket Pro 750 from Arachnid. 

Dimensions & Weight

The Arachnid Cricket Pro 750 is roughly 29x21x2 inches which is very comparable to the Cricket Pro 800 but is way bigger than the Arachnid 900. Overall, this is a decent size for a dart board.

It's a little less bulky than the Arachnid pro 800, probably because it has less technology built in, but it's way bigger than 900 which has a more premium build. 

It's weight is at about 8lbs which is by far the lightest of all the boards. This is due because it has fewer features built in so it can be a lot lighter.

So, it's a great board to keep around and bring over to your friend's house for games or just hanging out in the man cave. It's perfect portable fun.

Target Area

The Arachnid cricket pro 750 has a regulation 15.5" target area just all all of the other Cricket Pro electronic dart boards.

So, it's perfect to practice on in between games at the bar. Or, if you're just playing with friends, you won't lose your touch and feel of the tournament sized boards.

With this, you pay for what you get. The Cricket Pro 750 comes with fewer games and variations than the other models with the 850 having slightly more and the 900 have the most.

Regardless, it has a good amount with 36 core games and 176 variations. For the price, this is a solid showing.

There best part is it has 7 cricket games, which is the same amount as the Pro 800. So, you're getting the same amount of the most popular games and can satisfy everyone, but at a lower price.

Heckler Feature

The Cricket Pro 750 electronic dartboard has a 3-level heckler feature.

Some people like this and others don't. It can be entertaining for a little bit, especially if you're drinking, but you probably won't want it on all the time.

It has three levels - mild to unforgiving.

Basically, it harasses you when you have bad shots and it gives compliments when you do a good job.

Fortunately, you can just leave it off, but it can be amusing when it's messing with your friends.

Dividers and Bounce Outs

One thing everyone hates is bounce outs. Electronic dart boards are well known for bounce outs, because they just can't work as well as a traditional board. So, having a good board that reduces bounce outs is key.

Arachnid has devised a way to limit this.

The Arachnid Cricket 750 has "micro thin segment dividers" that increases the overall score of your games. Because it is so thin, they can have more holes in the board and reduce the overall bounce out rate.

It's also interesting to point out that their holes are square rather than round. It's weird to think about a round peg going into a square hole, but this forced the square holes to expand on the flat sides and contract on the corners, locking the dart into place.

Handicapping

This board does have a great handicapping feature, which allows you as the more experienced player to go against your friends who rarely play. This will help keep it fun for everyone.
